F.A.Q
Q. How do I book?
A. Simple! Call or email us with your requirements and we can tailor a package to suit your needs. To confirm a booking we take a £50 deposit on credit or debit card. We charge the balance to your card one day before your event

Q. Are the machines easy to use?
A. Absolutely!! We show you how the machine works when we deliver it. We'll also mix the first batch for you and give you a step-by-step guide about mixing further batches and operating the machine. The only other thing you'll need to do is pull the tap to dispense the drink!

Q. How many drinks do you get from one bottle of mix?

A. Once mixed together with water and alcohol, each bottle will yield between 75 and 100 drinks

Q. How much alcohol do I need for each bottle of mix?
A. For a single 25ml measure per cup, you'll need between 2 and 3 litres of alcohol per batch. Remember, you can request that we make up a non-alcoholic batch

Q. How long does the machine take to freeze the drinks?
A. Between 20 minutes and 1.5 hours depending on air temperature, mix temperature and machine location

Q. Can we only have Margaritas?
A. NO!! Although we are called Mr Margarita, we have created over 30 different cocktail choices and we stock 8 different mix flavours, so every palate can be catered for

Q. Can we have non-alcoholic frozen drinks?

A. Of course. Having non-alcoholic frozen drinks means both kids and designated drivers can have them, Plus you can always add alcohol to individual drinks once they've been dispensed

Q. Do I have to pay for extra mix if I don't use it?
A. No. We always leave you with extra mix in case you need it, but assuming any extra bottles come back still sealed, there will be no additional charge. If you do use extra mix, each bottle is charged at £15.00

Q. Is any venue OK to have a machine?
A. Usually we deliver to any address in London and the South East, but we first need to check availability of machines so we'll need to check your postcode first. If you have any access difficulties (lots of or narrow stairs, no lift, etc) please let us know when booking

Q. How far in advance should I book a machine?

A. This really depends on the time of year! During peak seasons - summer, Christmas and New Year, you will need to book up between 4 and 8 weeks in advance. At quieter times, you may be able to book a machine with a days notice. The best advice is to phone us as soon as you decide you want a machine and we'll see what we can do!
